Brought on as Social Media Manager and in-house Marketing lead for Dr. John Diaz, a board-certified Beverly Hills plastic surgeon with a bicoastal practice. Inherited fragmented platforms with no consistent brand voice, mismatched visuals, and minimal paid social presence. Currently building a cohesive, high-performing digital operation from the ground up across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
Spearheading end-to-end strategy as both strategist and executor: developing content pillars, managing a weekly content calendar, directing the videographer and nursing team for behind-the-scenes OR content, creating branded patient photo guides, and overseeing all community management. Designed a new logo and full brand kit to unify the practice's visual identity across platforms.
On the paid side, managing monthly Meta ad campaigns averaging $1,500 in spend, generating $150,000 to $300,000 in attributed monthly revenue and representing a 100 to 200x return on ad spend. Meeting monthly with Meta Marketing Professionals to review performance and optimize strategy.
Built and integrated a CRM system connected to social analytics, enabling real-time reporting on actual business outcomes including consultations booked, surgeries attributed to social, and lead quality. Using AI tools to automate community replies, generate on-brand captions, and streamline reporting workflows without losing brand voice.
Leading influencer and VIP patient strategy, including concept development, shoot coordination, contract creation, and deliverable management. Editing video content in CapCut and producing Reels, carousels, and educational content that have collectively driven 1.6M TikTok views, including a single videos reaching ~500K views, and grown the combined audience to 100K+ followers across all platforms, directly contributing to approximately 100 surgeries booked through social.
